Databases and Internal Systems

Some previous systems we've delivered

My Tights are an established online retailer of hoisery. They required their website (which we also provided) to integrate seamlessly with their internal logistics and warehousing systems, ensuring website and warehouse stock levels are synchronised, and order status presented live online so customers can track progress.
Robert Keene manufacture parts for the Airline and Military industries, operating a factory floor of high precision lasers. They required an easy to use database to track software designs for customer parts across the factory, providing schematics and monitoring design changes.
EuroBIP perform customs and excise checks on international freight containers at Heathrow. Their existing database became creaky, and they required migration to a stable technology, and an alignment of the system with their best working practices to improve efficiency.
PRISM are a charity for young offenders. They required a system between multiple offices to track and monitor member attendance and achievements, and provide performance reports to numerous engaged authorities.

Our Service

Whether you've got procurement or customer service headaches, inventory or tracking problems, or system integration issues we can help.

Our experience comes from a background at the cold-face of telecoms, retail, and marketing organisations where we've previously architected, built and integrated purchasing, customer-service, warehouse and billing systems.

What does it cost?

Building internal systems from scratch can be a winning strategy, or a complete waste of money, depending on your specific requirements. Well understood problems lend themselves to standard solutions, whereas unique operating practices or business models may benefit from a bespoke solution.

Cost are dependent on the scale of the system required, and the type of solution that's appropriate.

How long does it take?

Internal systems evolve as a business matures and operational procedures are refined or changed. These systems therefore tend to be a long term strategic investment, although often key decisions are made in the context of pressing immediate requirements.

We always make it clear what the short term and long terms wins are, to give you clarity about your options, and confidence that a system can adapt to support future needs.
