Coca-Cola Engage Flint (formerly Fast Floor) to Develop Staff Workshops in Eastern Territories
Coca-Cola has once again engaged Flint (formerly Fast Floor) as part of their ongoing development of the Coca-Cola University (CCU).
This global initiative, to help the personal and professional development of their Associates, was successfully launched at the end of last year into the Eurasia territory (Eastern Europe and the Middle East), where we delivered strategic advice, communication/messaging and all of the creative content for an interactive presentation to staff in Moscow, Bahrain and Dubai.
The second phase of the CCU launch during March 2008 was to organise a series of workshops for Coca-Cola Associates. We were engaged during the project planning process to provide strategic and creative advice as to the format, communication style, content and copy writing of the workshops and the materials used and we were subsequently tasked with the design, production and delivery of the entire materials
An Associate Pack consisting of a comprehensive guide booklet, a series of course description fact cards and agenda cards was provided to each attendee. We also produced all of the display materials to furnish the seminar rooms including portable exhibition stands and key messaging posters.
“I just wanted to drop you a quick mail to say thanks to the team for doing an excellent job on the Coca-Cola workshops project… in particular, Charlotte really was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful throughout the project and I know your guys worked long/late hours to get things done on time. The quality and attention to detail was excellent. One of the things that impressed me the most was how quickly you came up to speed with all of the terminology, knowledge of what we were doing etc which really helped move the project forward”.
“So all in all please pass on my thanks to the team! ”
Sonia Gupta – Project Consultant
“Let me take this opportunity to thank you and your team for your great support and contributions to the workshops. The quality of the designs and the materials helped us tremendously in achieving our objectives and in creating a good CCU image. I would also thank Charlotte on behalf of you for her commitment and passion in this project.”
“Thanks and best regards”
